It is distilled and aged at a single distillery during one distillation season and bottled at exactly 100 proof after a minimum of four years in barrel. This whiskey is full-bodied and balanced, with notes of oak and brown sugar layered with warming spices including cinnamon, cardamom, and black pepper. The finish is structured and lingering, built for depth rather than sweetness.
