Working in the shadow of Tennessee moonshine legends, we set out to create a Smooth Shine that honors tradition without overwhelming the palate. Rather than chasing high proof for the sake of it, we follow a low-and-slow distillation process using an all copper pot still, just as it was done generations ago. The result is a spirit that’s approachable, well-crafted, and built for enjoyment. Our Southern Peach Smooth Shine begins with a 100 percent corn neutral spirit, macerated with real peaches and blended with natural peach juice concentrate. Bottled at 35 proof, it delivers ripe peach flavor with a soft, smooth finish that lives up to its name.
