Our Bottled-in-Bond Tennessee Whiskey meets all the requirements of the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. It is distilled and aged at a single distillery during one distillation season and bottled at exactly 100 proof after a minimum of four years in barrel. This whiskey is full-bodied and balanced, with notes of oak and brown sugar layered with warming spices including cinnamon, cardamom, and black pepper. The finish is structured and lingering, built for depth rather than sweetness. Aged in No. 4 char barrels, this Bottled-in-Bond release reflects our commitment to doing things the right way, from grain to bottle.
